Event Details
Our 2023 CTEX Conference provides outstanding educational and networking opportunities for people associated in all aspects of fire safety. CTEX will be open to all fire professionals, not just the California fire service.
CSFA invites businesses that provide products and services to the fire service industry to join this year’s conference as an exhibitor. Still going strong in its 101 years, CSFA is dedicated to ensuring its members a strong and united voice in the evolution of the fire service through unity in leadership, legislative action, education, training, and quality member services.

Material Shipping Requests

Should the event be canceled for reasons beyond our control, your payment may be fully refundable or applied to the 2024 CTEX event

Payments for Exhibits and Sponsorships
The CTEX finance department has requested any outstanding payments for exhibit space, sponsorships, and meals be paid by Friday, March 24th. If you have any questions, please send an email to membership@csfa.net
Exhibitor Information and Badge Form
We would like to make sure we have exhibitor badges ready for your group when you arrive at the Pechanga. Please find attached a copy of the Exhibitor Badge Form for you to complete. The form needs to be sent back to our office by Monday, April 3rd.
Exhibit Floorplan
Our exhibitors will be located on the ground floor in the Summit Foyer and Summit Ballroom A. This area is located in the Resort Tower, next to the restaurant, 1882 Cantina. Exhibit tables have been given preliminary assignments and a copy of the floor plan is attached. The assignments may change based on exhibit type and the exhibitors will be notified of any changes. Order Electrical for your Exhibit Table
Electrical for your exhibit space needs to be ordered directly through the hotel. The early rate is $90. Their staff need two weeks to process the paperwork, so please send the order form by Monday, April 3rd. The form and instructions are attached. Please don’t wait until you arrive to set up your exhibit table to order power. It’s expensive…..

Shipping Materials to Hotel
If your company is planning to ship materials to the hotel, please use the attached Drayage and Shipping Form. The Pechanga has a strict policy about accepting shipments.

The Resort will accept packages up to 5 days prior to the start event date. If packages are received before that time, additional storage fees may apply in addition to the receiving rates listed below. The Resort will only accept packages via FEDEX or UPS. Please do not send via USPS as it will cause a delay in receiving.
Advance Purchase the Buffet Lunch and President’s Dinner Tickets
There will be a buffet lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday during the exhibit hours. Meals are not included as part of your exhibit space.
Buffet Lunch each day is $53.00 + fees per person
President’s Dinner on Tuesday evening is $80.00 + fees per person. Exhibitors are invited and CSFA would love your participation.
